RENTAL PERIOD

Timing and scheduling

  • Every bundle includes a 2-week rental period. That gives you one week to pack before your move and one week to unpack and get settled in at your new place. Longer rental periods are available upon request.

  • We deliver and pick up 7 days a week between 5pm to 9pm Monday-Friday and between 8am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday. Your exact delivery window will be confirmed when you book. We'll also send a reminder and reach out before we arrive. If this does not work for you, please let us know during the checkout process and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

  • Yes — someone must be present at both delivery and pickup. If no one is available at the scheduled time and we have not been contacted in advance to make alternate arrangements, a rescheduling fee of $25 will apply. Please reach out as early as possible if your availability changes.

  • Yes. If you need more time, contact us before your scheduled pickup date and we'll arrange an extension. Additional fees apply.

  • Yes. Please reach out as early as possible if you need to make changes so we can accommodate your schedule.

THE SERVICE

What we do and how it works

  • No — we are not movers. We rent out reusable, stackable, heavy-duty plastic moving totes. Our goal is to eliminate the hassle of sourcing, assembling, and disposing of cardboard boxes while reducing waste.

  • You choose how many totes you need based on your home size and book online. We deliver the totes to your current address before your move and pick them up from your new address once you're unpacked.

  • Our totes are 27" long x 17" wide x 12" tall — the same footprint as a standard large moving box but stronger, waterproof, and stackable with no assembly required.

  • Yes. Every tote is cleaned and sanitized after each rental. They arrive fresh and ready to pack.

  • No — we take care of all cleaning. In the case of a large spill, please wipe out any affected totes before pickup.

  • We currently serve Kearney, NE and surrounding areas including zip codes 68845, 68847, 68848, 68849 and 68870. Not in our service area? Reach out anyway — we may still be able to accommodate your move.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

Reserving your totes

  • Book directly on our website. Choose your bundle, select your delivery date, and check out. It takes about 2 minutes.

  • Yes. Cancellations made 5 or more business days before your scheduled delivery date receive a full refund. After that window, orders are non-refundable. Please cancel as early as possible so your totes can be made available to others.

  • No — delivery to your current address and pickup from your new address are included in every bundle price.

  • Yes — our 4+ Bedroom bundle includes 60 totes and 3 dollies and is available by request. Contact us directly and we'll get you taken care of.

DAMAGE & POLICIES

Taking care of the totes

  • Our totes are built to handle the rigors of a move. Normal wear and tear is expected and won't be charged. If a tote is damaged to the point where it needs to be replaced, we charge $25 per tote.

  • Please don't use permanent markers on the totes. Use the provided label inserts, removable labels, or painter's tape to label your boxes. Permanent marker damage is assessed at $25 per tote.

  • Yes — totes are available for purchase at $25 each.

DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

Saving on your move

  • Yes — students save $20 on our Studio bundle. Simply use your university .edu email address when booking online. Once we verify your student status we'll confirm your order with the discount applied.

Moving your business?

  • Yes — our reusable totes work great for office relocations too. Whether you're moving a small office or an entire commercial space, we can put together a custom solution based on your needs. Reach out to us directly and we'll figure out the right bundle for your move.
