Confirmation email
You'll receive a booking confirmation immediately with your delivery date, bundle details, and everything you need to know before we arrive.
We deliver your totes
On your chosen delivery date we'll drop off your clean totes and dolly right at your front door — ready to start packing.
We pick up when you're done
Once you're settled in at your new place, we come to you for pickup. No drop-off needed on your end.

Common booking questions.

  • Your delivery date is selected at checkout. We'll send a confirmation with your delivery window and follow up before we arrive.

  • Yes — someone needs to be present to receive the totes. If you need to make alternate arrangements, contact us in advance.

  • Cancellations made 5 or more business days before your delivery date receive a full refund. Contact us as early as possible.

  • Yes — reach out as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate the change.

  • Every bundle includes your totes, a dolly, free delivery to your current address, and free pickup from your new address.
